"FIRE AND WIND"

This client was using porcelain and slate for the backsplash and counter areas, and wanted a touch of glass to spark it up. We used glass tiles only behind the sink and the range.

I did a modified fossil leaf tile, where I did not cover the whole tile with clear glass - just the leaf is covered. This makes the metallic surface of the iridescent glass look very reflective and metallic instead of 'wet'.
